All sales are final, but we want you to truly love your pieces 🤍

Because our jewelry is handmade and thoughtfully curated, we do not accept returns. That said, we’re always happy to help if something isn’t right.

✧ Exchanges & Order Issues

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Approved issues are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

  • Photos of the issue may be required to process your request.

✧ Out-of-Stock Situations

  • If an approved exchange item is no longer available and no suitable replacement is chosen, a refund will be issued.

✧ Final Sale Items

  • Custom pieces, including charm bracelets and personalized items, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
